Refund Policy (No Refunds)

At Rhee’s Academy, all sales are final. By purchasing any course, treatment, or digital product, you agree to the terms below.

1. Online Courses (Digital Products)

All online courses, digital downloads, manuals, and educational materials are non-refundable.

Because access is granted instantly and digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind
• Change of circumstances
• Not accessing or completing the course
• Technical issues on the user’s device (we will support you with troubleshooting)

Once purchased, the sale is final.

2. In-Person Courses

All bookings for in-person training are strictly non-refundable.

This includes:

• Deposits
• Remaining balances
• Full course payments

When reserving a training space, you prevent another student from booking that date.
Therefore, we cannot refund payments due to:

• Change of mind
• Illness
• Travel issues
• Personal circumstances

Non-attendance

If you do not attend your in-person course, your deposit will be lost, and the remaining balance is still payable.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule once with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.

3. Treatments / Appointments

For lip-blush, ombré brows, and any other treatment appointments:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits are non-transferable

Non-attendance or late cancellation

If you do not attend your appointment, cancel last minute, or arrive too late to proceed, your deposit will be lost.

A new deposit is required to rebook.

4. Payment Plans

If paying through Klarna, Clearpay, Shopify Installments, or any third-party finance provider, you are responsible for completing all payments.
Non-payment does not count as a cancellation or refund.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (e.g., serious medical emergency with evidence), we may offer a reschedule at our discretion.
This does not include refunds.
